Visual Storytelling in “Super 8″

I finally got around to seeing Super 8, which was directed by J.J. Abrams and produced by Steven Spielberg. I was really excited about this film, being a long-time Spielberg fan and also enjoying Abrams’ work on the latest Star Trek film.

Many of us have been blessed to have had some wonderful teachers. Some made impressions so powerful that they literally changed the direction of our lives. For me, Dennis Huston was one of these life-altering mentors. He is the one who said, “Do what you love.” I am so glad I followed his advice. Here is a video portrait of J.
